The Grade 1 English course on LearnersGain is designed to help young learners build a strong foundation in reading, writing, vocabulary, speaking, and listening. This course introduces children to the basic skills they need to become confident readers and communicators.

Across 12 engaging lessons, students will explore important early literacy skills such as consonant letters and sounds, vowel sounds, blending sounds to read simple words, recognizing sight words, identifying rhyming words, building simple sentences, understanding basic grammar, and reading short passages.
